Today our school was delayed due to BLACK ICE! I am a new patient and called to reschedule. I was told that was fine. AFTER my appointment time, I was called back and told that because I was a new patient that her "policy" is to not reschedule and just cancel me as a patient. I live 45 mins away and it would have been VERY dangerous for me to drive in the dark ALL that way, I told the lady. She said the doctor understands and stands by her "policy". Sorry NOT sorry but you're a PISS poor excuse for a Dr! A Dr loves life. You my dear do NOT! How sad!

Apparently this building was not designed to be helpful to sick people. There is no close to the doors parking. So if you're disabled a walk is in store. If you are sick & its winter its a walk. If you cannot handle heat, well you'll be walking. Nothing about the building is designed to be easily accessible for those who are ill or disabled. The manner of answering the phone is either rude or just generally not informative. If you can find another place to go do so this place is lacking in many ways
