Cheryl should not be HR, does her job only 50% of time. she has no clue whats going on could be the downfall of comfort keepers. Causes the most issues because shes not organized then gets attitude when people question whats going on. She should consider a new place of employment lies about calling and sending out emails very unprofessional. Never answers the phone, never answers texts. Caregivers there are great.

I highly recommend utilizing this agency, as they do an excellent job at meeting their clients needs. Comfort Keepers isn't afraid to take on the most challenging of clients and has proven to have that "special touch" in connecting with the elderly and their families. Keep up the amazing work. My mom is very happy with the care and support she receives. They always go over and above what is asked. She tells me about each visit and that makes me happy that there are people who care.

Working with a county agency, I can't begin to express the appreciation and assistance working with Cheryl and her team. They are caring and watchful of their clients, and go above and beyond for them and their families. They have been very helpful to me and my team, especially in recent year. Again, Cheryl and her team are dedicated to their profession and the families they serve in the community!
