.nail gun quit working after 20 minutes they said that it was working now but it quit on us and they weren't open till Monday so tuff luck

This was my first time renting from here. But I've got to tell you my whole experience here was awesome. From the front desk clear down to the equipment it's self 110% satisfied. I will definitely be back for all my equipment needs.

I rented an airless paint sprayer recently but had to return it after it would not work. I called the front desk and the lady told me to return it for another one. I never heard an apology. Once I returned the unit, the shop technician was extremely rude and accused me of breaking the sprayer. I explained, after I turned the sprayer on, it poured smoke out of the motor within 20 seconds. It was very obvious the unit was defective. The second unit had a worn out tip, which allowed the paint to continually drip. Very poor customer service, I’ll go elsewhere next time. Approximately a month later, the shop tech did follow-up and apologized for the unfortunate issues that occurred with my rentals. He also offered to make the situation right, so I do commend them for the gesture. Thank-you.
