        Awful experience. Super unprofessional encounter. Set an appointment with Katie to talk about loans, set aside work for the day, and showed up 20 mins before my appointment. Waited 40 total minutes in the lobby before asking the banker where she is at. She had no idea so she calls Katie. Katie is off sick and apologizes that she didnt have my contact info to let me know she wouldnt make it. You would think for a bank, if it was THAT important to take a day off when you have an appointment, you would atleast notify the bank where youre heading to meet customers, so that they arent sitting there wondering if youre going to show up. Dont recommend them. Unreal.
