Robert did an amazing job on my detail. He was able to shampoo out seat stains that the car dealership was unable to when I recently purchased my car. I had bought it thinking they would never go away so I am now driving around feeling like a bonus!

Quality of Work: 5 Stars Drop-Off and Appointment: 2 Stars I got the complete detail, inside and out. I can tell Robert is detail oriented because he found things in my car that I had lost 2+ years ago. The clay bar smoothed the finish like glass. The interior work had my carpets looking new and clean and left the leather soft but not greasy. I came to drop the car off but didn't feel comfortable leaving my keys in a box not bolted to the wall that someone could walk off with. Also a bigger or mounted sign would make this place easier to find from the road. Overall, this was the best of my last 3 detailings and I would have Robert detail my car again.

terrible service. I don't give myself a 0 because I don't have a choice. I make an appointment for a Wednesday at 9am to get the service and the site was closed. I called about 7 times (and I still have proof) and he didn't answer. If you are going to have a business like this, you better not work it.

Wow. I was checking out the reviews to see if this place was worth trying, and it looks like maybe they do decent work, but I was turned off when I scrolled down and saw the owner's rant about people not showing up, saying that there will be a deposit required etc. Dude, I don't have a problem leaving a deposit but talking to potential customers like that is insulting. Not someone I want to deal with. All you have to do is change your policy, and let people know when they make an appointment. No need to announce it like that, with such a negative tone. Makes me wonder what the rest of the interactions would be like.
