We had Brent frame a house for us. The completion time was to be Aug. 1 2021. He finished in Feb 2022. Our contract was not honored as far as receiving our under allowance spending back. He also was to grade around the house. All he did was till the ground. The soil was never brought up to grade. The siding is buckling badly, it is also falling off in places. He did not put J moulding under the back door for the siding. There is leak when it rains and it is wetting the osb as well as drywall. The door is not square and we have windows installed that are not straight. The window openings were rightly sized but the windows are over an inch smaller each direction. He came to look at the siding and we have not heard from him since. We have tried multiple times to contact . There is suppose to be a one year warranty. We are not the only ones having these troubles with him either. Beware, he does nor honor his contract or his word.
