        We rented truck, went to back to return same day and they were closed before the closing time. Key got stuck in and can not get out so called customer service redirected to roadside assistance who gave ETA was almost 3 hours and we waited in 94 degrees. We wasted 4hrs for 2 hrs of the rental time..will never use budget again.. Uhaul , Home Depot are much better choices with better customer service.

        Took $75 from me, these companies get away with it if they think you cant afford attorney. Its sad how these big companies take away from certain customers. We need to stop supporting these kind place. Find somewhere else to rent from they neeed your lil dollars because maybe they are struggling idk but its something going on and its heart breaking

        You truly get what you pay for! First surprise, I got a 16' truck instead of a 12'. I was told by the clerk it was the same size, same frame, etc. He didn't offer to make any adjustment on the gas rate! At 183k miles, this beast was worn out. Filthy inside, loose steering, no cruise control, seat most uncomfortable. Smelled like the last sweaty guy that rented it! Will never rent from Budget again!
