I have two sons with autism and we LOVE their once a month sensory friendly jump on Monday nights! The rest of the open jump time is a little too busy for us and overwhelming...so we are very thankful they offer this sensory friendly time so we can have fun there!

When i paid for the park, there was a discounted coupon we could get for future visits. The check out girl didnt know how to process it so she just made us pay regular price. Her manager said she can fix it by the time we leave. When it was time to leave, she wouldn't come out to even talk to us, she was rude and a useless manager. My advice to the young girl, leave that place and go do something better with your life. You shouldn't work in a place who will use u as a shield to avoid upset customers. That manager should be fired. Horrible customer service.
