Case Towing

We had a blowout on our 40 ft 5th wheel on Interstate 75. Case Towing was called and 2 men responded within about 20 minutes. They changed the tire and wheel quickly putting the bad tire in our truck carefully being sure to not scratch anything.The cost to do the tire change was very reasonable. They treated us like we were family members and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We cant recommend Case Towing enough. You are in good hands with them!!

I am so pleased with Case Towing. I called at 6 pm because my daughter had a substantial "curb check" in Kroger's parking lot and needed the car towed before the store closed. Although the driver on duty was already on a call, they bent over backwards to help us; calling someone else in who should have been off. Professional, genuinely kind, and so helpful. I'd give them ten stars if I could. I'll never use anyone else. Thanks Case!

Edit: the young man that picked up my Jeep was great. I tipped him for picking it up. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I used them to deliver my Jeep to the dealership, but they decided to make a detour with my Jeep to another scene. No one called and told me my vehicle would be taken elsewhere. When I called to ask about my Jeep being somewhere it wasn't supposed to be, Tina, purported to be the owner, told me I wasn't important, cussed me, and then hung up on me. This company is incredibly unprofessional and I'd never use them again.
