Over the years I have taken many things to get framed at "Picture This". I LOVE Becky's work. She does such a Great Job. She has helped me with framing, style, etc. And I also Love her Gift Shop area. Still wish she was downtown but I will go wherever her Shop is located.

I have taken antique prints, posters, and delicate documents to be framed, always using museum quality glass. Becky has always been very professional, giving advice, and delivering high quality work. I strongly recommend this store

Framing selection and previously finished products excellent. Took 3 antique flower watercolors a few months back and very pleased. Today I called needing 3 mats cut, said I'd be there around 11am, Becky said ok - but when I got there she was busy/stressed and not until that time did she say she could not do. Then she reluctantly did but assumed 2 frames same size. In the framing business seems she should have measured, did not, cut wrong, had to recut. Then spoke unpleasant to me in front of another customer. A very unhappy experience. I won't go back, ever.
