Elite Sewer & Septic

*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly!!!! So to start from the beginning... we had another company ( e.c ) out to do a check on our septic tank and aerator pump 2 years ago to explain everything to use because we are new to the whole system and do not want to be that ignorant homeowner. I have also done research. Well the other company said that everything if fine. I asked about maintenance and he said there is non. Just give them a call in a couple years to empty the tank out... well the aerator pump stopped working right before Thanksgiving. NOT an expense that you play on forking over especially when you are hosting 20 somethin family members and have some stay for a few days. I made a call to e.c. babert talked to them on the phone asked questions made the appointment to come out. I was has work and my husband was home. When he told me how much they were charging for the aerator pump and cleaning the tank out. I thought it was a little high. Then he told me that we were supposed to get the aerator pump maintenance every 6 months!! The same exact company that told me NOT to do anything! Then charged my husband more than what they told me on the phone and tried to scam him into a service check deal and that would have been one of them. They needed to order the pump and would be out on a later date. I do not like when someone or company take advantage of the situation. So Naturally I looked at the old records of our house that the wonderful elderly lady left for us when we bought the house. I found Elite Sewer had actually replaced our now pump that needed replacing. Which would have lasted if e.c. babert would have told me that it needed cleaned. I did ask btw. We are those annoying homeowners that actually wants to learn everything about our house. I called and had a very pleasant conversation and he even remembered the house. I explained everything that happened and he came out right away for fix the issues and teach my husband and I how to clean and take care of the aerator pump every 6 months. What to look for and what products to stay away from. I was on information overload. Not to mention him staying late in the cold right before Thanksgiving. ( I didn't expect that nor would I ever ask someone for something so big when they are super busy) absolutely amazing!!!!

I was hesitant to use elite due to reviews, previous owner had used elite and recommended them., and he was great! Lee was very informative. He gave us lots of tips on how to keep our septic system clean and in working order. He also gave us a new cap/cover for free. We were very pleased with his service and will use him for future needs. His wife was super sweet to. Service: Drain cleaning

Companies number is on the aerator control box as the installer. Called to have it inspected because it kept tripping. Told me the wiring to the aerator was bad (just installed 2 years prior). Took my aerator to clean it and would be back on Wednesday (this was on a Monday). Rained during the week, so understand not doing electric work, but easier 2 weeks and nothing. Reached out again, and Will told me he'd be out the following day. 5 weeks total he has my aerator, so I called again only to be told that he forgot about me and he was busy. Said he would be over that afternoon. Needless to say, he never showed. Finally called and told him he had until 3pm to return my aerator or I was filling a police report for theft. Got my equipment back at 315p, but still no work done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
