Dr. Johnson and Dr. Lape and the staff always make me feel like family. They all have the patients' well-being in mind and give them options for treatment. Wonderful establishment.

I currently live in Florida. I was visiting my mother in Lancaster, Ohio. I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I read the office reviews, and as I was in serious pain, I sent an email to this office at 0100 AM on a Saturday night/morning. I was quite shocked that I received an email response within a few hours from the office manager. She advised me to go to the emergency room to see if I had an infection. If so, the Emergency Room DR. would probably prescribe antibiotics to begin immediately, then contact the office Monday morning. I did go to the emergency room Sunday morning, and was prescribed an antibiotic, and a pain med. I contacted this office Monday morning. The office staff were all so very kind and helpful. I was scheduled to come in that same day. They took x-rays, and Dr. Lape did an exam, then a procedure. Dr. Lape is truly a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring dentist! I had no pain within 24 hours!!!

This is definitely a 5 star office. Dr Johnson and the entire staff are fantastic!

The staff at Gentle Dental are amazing; they are friendly, helpful and dedicated. Dr. Johnson did a fantastic job on my 85-year-old mothers teeth; she gave her back her smile! Dr. Lape did such great work with my boys that they never knew numbing needles were involved. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.
