Got my wifi installed shortly after the date I ordered it. Fabulous customer service, very courteous and polite technician. Fast speed. I'm very satisfied with Spectrum.

Ordered internet...came the day after I got the devices to install, 1 week later I get a bill for $65 when I wasn't suppose to get a bill till next month. I got approved for the $50 broadband discount and was told it would apply right away...now being told up to 3 billing cycles. I miss Time Warner

Since changing to Spectrum, I have had nothing but problems. The bill raise from $114 to over $200 a month, yet, they keep "thanking" me for being a loyal customer. Half the time the wifi doesn't work properly. It is more of hassle than it is worth. Go through at&t or Dish. Do not use spectrum!!!
