Tried to set up 2 separate appointments to see apartments. Both were cancelled the day of because they were already leased. Ridiculous.

Horrible horrible place. Lived in Cynwyd manor for a year. place always smelled because they never picked up the dumpster trash in a timely manner. And only cleaned the hallways once a month. DO NOT MOVE IN! They will also try and scam you out of as much money when you leave as well

I lived at this property for just over a year. Their online service for paying rent and submitting service requests were great! They did have many ways to contact them including email, their online service as well as a company phone number. It was very difficult to get someone to talk to you on the phone, but they would text message back. I found with Northlake Mgmt, that your best luck was to submit the request several times on various mediums and be PATIENT! The inside of our apartment was nice. We had beautiful hard wood floors and overall it was in good condition. The common area left something to be desired. The carpet was old and dingy. The building was consistently unlocked due to keys being stuck in doors (I'm sure that wasn't their fault.) Also I don't believe their yard or snow service was reliable so the property would go long periods of time without any care. I have had a lot of pleasant experiences renting in Lakewood so I would look somewhere with more to offer.
