We were stuck on route 76 just east of Akron on our way to upstate NY. It was Saturday afternoon and the eclipse hordes were about to descend. All the auto shops were closing down and by some miracle (and the towing talents of Cody) we found our way to Quick Lane and the Amazing Ali K!! The crew diagnosed a mysterious electrical problem and Ali tracked down the needed parts in the nick of time!! Unbelievable team!! We are so grateful for the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm they showed us. Highly recommended!!!

I would recommend quicklane to anyone. Another garage told me it would be minimum $350 to fix heavy vibrating in my car via replacing a part. I sought the help of Ali at quicklane for a second opinion, only to find that the other garage weighted, balanced, and aligned my tires incorrectly. It took quicklane just a few hours to remedy the problem and eliminate the vibrations at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Ali was attentive to my issues and i would recommend her assistance to anyone.
