Ryan is a very professional agent for Health Markets. He is very prompt in answering my questions about changing our insurance coverage via email. Our PCP's affiliation is no longer accepting the coverage we have and we didn't want to change PCPs. Ryan helped us get a health insurance that had the same coverage and benefits as the one we have to leave.
Ryan was prompt in coming for our home appointment and did not hurry through it. He was sure that we got the best insurance, checked our meds for mail order and explained the other benefits. His knowledge of various insurances helped us know he was doing the best for us.
We have been his clients since 2017. It would be difficult to find another agent that is concerned about us personally and gives the excellent service he does.
