Not so great Booked in advance was charged twice Cigarette burns on sheets jelly beans on floor

When I looked online they were to have hot breakfast. When I reserved the room, they didn't advise me they did not. Upon arrival, I was informed no hot breakfast and asked for discount--they rudely said no. There was a huge mess of renovations in the hallways, couldnt get to the soda machines. Our room was comfortable, but bathroom was tiny. Next morning we had hot water in sink, but when husband took shower, the bathtub water got a little warm, but cooled off while he was showering. Upon checkout I advised management, he rudely said did you call to tell us? I said no, bc it just happened and we were getting ready to leave, no time to wait for repair. Also told him my husband said it felt like it was in the control knob. Mgr. rudely said he would go check it, was gone a couple minutes, came back and said hot water was fine! I told him he wasn't gone long enough to see if it got cold like when taking a shower! He again raised his voice and rudely said nothing was wrong.

I WAS IN ROOM 128 A TRUCK DRIVER MARCH 12-14 24. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. BEDS VERY CUMPHY. THE SHOWERS HOTTT THE WATER PRESSURE VERY SATISFYING. AND TRUCK PARKING.
