    This photography studio lacks proper business ethic. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and lack communication with clients. They will provide you with service, take payment before product, and leave you with an aftermath of no product. If your thinking about going with this studio, BEWARE!!

    My best friend used Kristen Phillips for her wedding in September 2013. The pictures were less than satisfactory. There were sun flares in most of the outdoor photos and the majority were extremely blurry. Kristen tried to “touch-up” a few of the faces in the photos; the end result looked like someone had taken the “smudge” button in Photoshop and used it on every single person’s face in a downward motion. Some of the faces looked melted for lack of a better term. It is now 11 months later and my best friend has not received any photos that are usable. She has not received any kind of compensation. Kristen has given my friend excuse after excuse, failing to ever come through on her word. To anyone considering using Kristen Phillips, I urge you to go elsewhere. You will be extremely disappointed with Kristen’s customer service and product quality. It is disheartening to know that the happiest and most important day of my best friend and her husband’s lives can never be remembered with photographs thanks to Kristen.

    Sadly I am unable to give Kristen a good review. She took my 5 year old sons picture at Kids Only II in his cap and gown for preschool graduation. I ordered an 8x10 to go on my wall right under my daughters picture! But instead of receiving the picture I have been getting the run around from the Owner Kristen Phillips. One excuse after another!! Then when she did finally drop off his picture it was HORRIBLE it was like someone photo shopped my sons face! None of his teachers could even tell it was suppose to be him. It was printed on cheap photo paper and the poor child's face was yellow. After calling her about this problem she told me she had not looked at the picture before she dropped it off to me so she had "no idea why it looked like that"??? Really how could she have not seen the picture she is the photographer? She told me that the "Manager" at the lab where she has her photo's developed was going to send me the picture directly and I would have it as soon as possible. It is now another week later and still no picture! I was to have my photo in 5-7 days it has been 2 months. Please beware of her she is not running a very good business at all!
