We bought property for a future home site that needed allot of work, there was a pond that needed to be fixed and drainage problems to fix and almost half the lot unusable due to low lying areas that stayed wet. We contacted Kapalin Inc and they were responsive and met us on time, Russ and Jared met us at the property to discuss our plans and evaluate the area. They evaluated the area and came up with a plan to make the property a better home site and fix the low lying area to make it useable. They decided to move the pond to the low lying area and take the soil from the pond to raise the area around it and in the process they went above and beyond and found blue clay lower down which they used to line the pond. They fixed all the drainage ditches on the property and leveled the area and created a much larger home site. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of there work and professionalism, it was a pleasure to do business with them.
