Called to get service only to find out how horrable i was treated by wanting service. i was treated like i did not matter and they didnt care what my wants or needs were by needing service instead i was just brushed off like i didnt matter to them, i thought it was very rude and very unprofessional. i was really surprised of how customer service didnt mean much to them i would not recomend this place at all

I have been working at a local power plant that is serviced by this company for the portable johns used by construction workers. The units are deplorable and lacking proper sanitatation items. Very rarely is toilet paper available even though the service record states that it was recently serviced. Watered down soap if any at all and very little water to wash hands. Whoever is maintaining these units does not wipe them down. It is obvious that a spray of sanitizer is sprayed on the interior walls but not wiped down proper. Absolutely filthy conditions.
