I have been coming for a debilitating anxiety disorder for over 15 years. Here are the rules, according to me, after multiple previous attempts at self help... 1) You will get out of it what you put into it. 2) Face up to who you are. 3) Listen, and again LISTEN, maybe, just maybe these highly trained professionals know what they are talking about. 4) You will not have a comfort level with everyone you talk to. Find the one you can listen to and LISTEN!! 5) This is not a quick fix. It takes time. Make the effort. MAKE THE EFFORT 6) it can seriously change your life!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! What an outstanding experience at this office. I have now had three sessions with my counselor Nick, and one with my psychiatrist. The convenience of being able to do my therapy and med management in the same location has been amazing. I love how small and peaceful the office is. Can't recommend enough.

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Do NOT go here for mental health. They have absolutely no sympathy and will waste your time. But god forbid you cancel.. You will receive an unprofessional message in regards to payment and billing because they are unorganized and have lack of communication. This place needs educated, caring, and professional people Its a shame how they act towards people who are struggling. AVOID this place AT ALL COST!
