    Love the workers here they're super nice and they have a great selection. Sucks to see them closing, definitely prefer this location over Akron's.

    Best customer service from a Lululemon store we have ever received. We have been to about 10 different locations. Hudson by far was the best service. Greeted when we arrived, didn’t push product on us, helped answer questions, great knowledge on the different styles based on what my wife was looking for. I was very impressed and I am sure she will be going back.

    I understand that we are living in a pandemic and there are rules with masks and this comment has nothing to do with the fact that there was a requirement to wear a mask in the store. My sister and I drove an hour today to shop at this location. When we walked into the store my mask was not pulled over my nose properly. It was clear the two staff members has very little training on how to deal with a scenario like this. The first words out of their mouth were “ we require you to pull your mask above your nose.” I didn’t get a hello or any type of greeting. Honestly it’s hard for me to breathe with the mask and I wear it down as long as I can. I didn’t even think about pulling it up yet. It was very abrasive and made me want to leave immediately. Which we did in fact leave after two minutes as I felt uncomfortable and decided to drive 30 minutes out of our way to go to the Akron location where we purchased a large amount of product. Again, I understand they are made to enforce the mask rule and that is fine. But if they are going to be the first impression to the store, it would be a great idea for the two girls working around 1:00 today to have a nice long training session on greeting a customer and talking to them properly.
