I had Florian for 3 years with a Grange Auto and Home owners insurance policy, year after year they consistently raised by pricing without ever notifying me. When I would call in to ask why the rates went up, they could never give me a specific response other than a generic "because rates are increasing statewide". Even if that were true, I would still like a courtesy heads up so I can budget financially for this. Then upon cancelling my plan, the following week I was billed for my insurance premiums again and my bank account was over drafted. Upon calling Florian, there was nothing they could do according to the woman I spoke with. I cancelled my policy 3/14, then money was withdrawn from my bank 3/19. I recommend shopping elsewhere for cheaper rates.

Thankful for a company that is as good as you hear they are. Took our insurance requirements and got it done when nobody else in our area would.
