Saying Chris and his crew at Dr Energy Saver Cincinnati did a lot of work on our home is an understatement. The time and effort they (particularly Chris) put into making it comfortable was nothing short of impressive. From multiple 12-16 hour days to continually updating us on their progress and suggesting ideas, Chris' passion for his profession and realization for the impact he can have on a family is admirable. It was clear he treated our home like his own. His crew was equally respectful, professional, talented and responsible. We lost track, but after 7-7.5 days of work, we are much more comfortable. Months after the job was completed, Chris continues to respond to any question I may have. In addition to his expertise, he clearly loves children. Our 5 year old was always excited for Mr Chris to come with his light-up balloons and wanted to work with him :) We think the ultimate compliment is referring someone to a family member - he's helped two of ours and they had equally impressive experiences. I requested an energy assessment from Dr. Energy Saver Cincinnati. Chris arrived, and within approximately an hour, he'd identified some suggestions to more evenly distribute heat throughout higher traffic areas of my house. He could've tried to sell me on unnecessary services the company provides, but he didn't attempt to do so in any way. I highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver Cincinnati for anyone looking for an energy assessment.

Chris came out and was comprehensive and professional. He performed a few energy audit and then showed me how to fix it myself. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need and showed me some additional ways to take care of child spots. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I contracted Dr Energy Saver to come out and do a blower door test on my property, and expected just that. Chris spend an hour touring the house and talking risk factors with me and easy mitigation efforts I could take, before even getting the blower door out. During the blower door test he walked the property with me detecting specific air leaks, and giving me tricks of the trade to mitigate what I could without professional intervention. Then went and got a thermal camera and took 79 thermal images of the areas we detected. After going through everything with me in detail he recommended taking some of the mitigating actions, then offered some professional service alternatives if I wanted them. At no time did I feel like he was attempting to sell me anything, but he took the time to lay out the options. Chris is an educator 1st. I cant underscore how much I appreciate understanding a problem before selecting what I believe is the best solution. Great service, highly recommend.

Fantastic Value and Amazing Attention to Detail! DES recently performed extensive work at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I selected them after receiving quotes from 9 other providers. They were not the least expensive, but they were certainly the best value. Chris did a tremendously thorough survey of the house before crafting a quote. Prior to his arrival, I prepared a somewhat esoteric list of details that I wanted to be addressed during the work. While Chris was looking over the property, he proposed a solution to each of the issues on my list before I even had a chance to mention them to him. His building science knowledge was superior to any of the other contractors, so it was an easy decision to select DES. The work was scheduled promptly, and Harrison’s crew did a great job. They were a well-oiled machine, and the amount of work they accomplished in one day was nothing short of astounding. They put down plastic, swept, vacuumed, and wet-mopped when they were done. The very first night after the work was completed, the temperature differential between the first and second floor was substantially eliminated. The hot spots and cold spots were gone, and the overall comfort of the house was unmistakably improved. I can’t wait to watch the long-term energy savings in the years to come. If anything has been bothering you about the energy efficiency of your house, do not hesitate to hire DES to take care of you!
