These are horrible people they don't care about you if you don't benefit them they are rude and they smart off to you all the time they have rude nurses and I will never go back to them again as soon as the 72 hours they said ot takes to get my drs note is Givin to me I've never heard of this before and this is after they said it will only take 48 hours will be calling corprate office I'm done with it dr Rachele Hibbs is a horrible person

Tracy used to give me faith that I could trust a doctor. In the last year, it has been a struggle to even get through to Tracy. I only talk to he staff, and they are always short, and act like Im bothering them. I tried to get a referral, and I got a call saying she couldnt refill my pain med and to go see the dr she referred me to. I have been seeing him for a year, and I didnt even ask for pain meds. They called me at 7 this morning and left a message about the referrral, and when I called back the person on the phone automatically assumed I was calling for a psychiatrist. Then when I did get through to who called. She hung up as I said have a nice day. What a shame, bc I really liked Tracy.
