Overall the food tastes great; however when it comes to the Guacamole over the few months, it has not been an ideal side dish or add-on. It lacks its vibrant green it used to have, and tastes like paste. See the photo.
This is at all locations we have been to. They removed or significantly reduced an ingredient in their Guacamole.
Not sure what or why, but I've eaten at chipotle for years and I love my Guacamole. Now, I've learned after several months, their quality on their Guacamole no longer seems to matter.

Got a bowl and burrito here and the portion size is awful. They dont abide by the other stores and corporate policies on catering orders when going over. If they are busy or slow they will not go above and beyond their job to create a great customer service. They only want to do the bare minimum of their job.

Dont go here management refuses to take accountability for poor service and lack of quality with food. Its inconsistent and the orders are never right. I suggest just driving a smidge further and going to a better location

There website says they close at 11pm. I wasted 30 minutes going back and forth and they where closed.

I spend about $250 a month at chipotle. This is the closest one to my house. I usually go to the one by where I work because this one is awful. A while back I got an email saying there was new management. Things would change. I've gone back probably 5 times since to give them a second chance. Not much has changed. Food went from bad to inconsistent (sort of an improvement.) Service Is hit or miss. At least it's always clean. I'll give them that. I'll keep going back to west broad or tuttle
