Ever since Skip Ivery took over as my agent after my previous & fabulous agent retired 2 years ago, I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Mr. Ivery via direct email, via the contact option on his website, and phone calls. He never ever calls me back. In fact today I called his number again, it rang and rang and rang, and then just hung up with no outgoing message. I am definitely going to be researching new carriers and definitely a new agent. I highly suggest you do the same.

Samantha Smith was a joy to work with. She found ways to save me money and increase my coverage over my former carrier! So glad I called the Harold Ivery Agency!!

I have had insurance with them for 4 years paid the high price of 96 dollars a month because I was told I was almost full coverage however when someone stole my car and reck it I contacted them to use my insurance for my first claim an low and behold Im not covered. So not only have I been paying all this money for four years now Im out my vehicle and and they wont cover it. I dont understand why I have been paying so much each month to not be covered if my vehicle is stolen. Im leaving an finding a different company fast
