    It appears the standard for recruiting technicians is subpar. Imagine a technician is not able to locate the "C" drive and cannot find videos and music folders. John the manager of this Tustin Mirco Center said that this particular technician is their best. John then refuses to give me the corporate Address of Mr. Greg Moore - The CEO. Does anyone have the corporate office of Micro Center/Mr. Greg Moore?

    I bought an item from micro Center & when I got back home, there were parts missing. They had repacked the item as "new" and sold it to an unsuspecting customer (me).I dealt with a horrendous dolt named Albert C. Rogers (from the corporate office) who promised me a refund at least 10x & then never issued it.I also asked Cindy Cosenza to contact me & she ignored at least 6 emails from me.I'm now filing a complaint with BBB & filing formal charges with he Attorney General's Offices in OH, NY, & MD for fraud, deceptive & unfair business practices, etc.Use your Attorney General as a resource if they screw you too, plus you can sue them in small claims court!Just shop on Amazon, Newegg, & others...

    The assistant store manager who really is the repair manager or the technological manager decided he wanted to call the police on me because they sold me a defective item and I wanted my money returned and he wouldn’t let me have my money back.Yes the item was an open box but within a month the PC or laptop overheated to 300°F and when I sent it to HP they determined it was condensation which and the fact of overheating at 300°F.The unit was out of box and it had a dent on the top which I excepted but there was two tents on the right side where the HDMI cable went into it and it overheated one night when it was shut off and it went to 300°F which when it cooled down, as I thought it was going to blow up, it had condensation inside of it and they will not replace it even though It’s under warranty to be fixed and the manager of the IT department will not fix it for a so this is illegal and this Hass to stop now Micro Center will never see me in the store I will shut that Bridgewood Missouri store down because this idiot doesn’t know anything about Customer Service the customer is always right you get it?

    No apology for the way i was treated and no one has reached out to me. Worst discrimination I have ever experienced. I work from home and need a router for my wifi. In January of 2023 I purchased an ASUS 6000 pro. Last Friday, it stopped working. I took it to Micro Center in Mayfield and asked about exchanging it. I spent $229 on it and would expect it to work longer than 9 months. Mike, who said he was the Store Manager came over and said no, he could not exchange it. I have to have it, so I went to look at a new one. 2 salespeople approached me and asked me what happened. I told them what the manager told me. They both said that he could have exchanged it for me. Stating that they can send it back to the company for a full replacement. I don't like confrontation so I figured since the Store Manager told me no, I would just buy a new one. The salesman gave me the printout to take to the register, the router was now $349. I take the printout to the register and ask the cashier to look up my Micro Center account. He said his manager would help me. I stand there for 15 minutes while Mike the manager walks around helping everyone but me. He finally comes over and says he can't look up my account because my license is expired and spins on his cowboy boots and walks away. He never bothered to ask if I wanted to use another form of payment, which I had cash, and 2 or 3 credit cards, so I left. The next day, I asked my husband to go to Micro Center and either exchange the router or get a new one. My husband came home with a brand new (exchanged) router, which by the was was only $229, not the $349 I was being charged. They also refunded my husband $30 for his trouble, and gave him the 2 year warranty for free. I am a Jewish female, that was wearing my star of David necklace. 100% the reason I was treated horribly. I belong to several womens networks in the Cleveland area, and will be sure everyone knows of this blatant discrimination. This is disgusting.
