      image I bought a Virginia constructed home @ Tartan West three years before. Seems they use good quality materials in the visible areas. Don’t know the standard and quality of the materials in the attic areas. We were keep getting bird inside the dryer and now spoiled the dryer machine. I have to buy a new dryer (this is totally avoidable). I also sent few request to Virginia home service department and left voice message to help me on this. Surprisingly no response from them. I also came to know all the bathroom exhaust are vented out inside the attic. Lots of mildew in the attic. Looks like expensive repairs!
