We have/had very bad experience with KHov. From the first day we moved in, we have had issues in the house. Our garage door did not work properly, toilet was not working properly, force of water and airflow vent was reserved. Within a year of us moving in, we started having leakage in the kitchen which the guys claimed they fixed. However, 2 months later, the same leakage occurred in the same spot. Our furnace started acting up and not even 2 years were completed, our garage door opened stopped working. Even during the construction process, we had instillation issues. Things were not completed as per contract. Things needed to be redone. There were many other small issues which we have not discussed. The construction manager was not very professional during the whole building process. Luckily, we have a good service manager who listens to the issues.
