Horrible service from the kitchen. I came with 13 other people for my friend's birthday and the food and drinks took forever. Everyone in the group got their food before me, even one that canceled her order and then reordered. My burger never came out. When I asked for the manager, he took forever to come talk to me. I had to tell a server to tell him that since they forgot my food, how about I forget to pay this check? He came out after that and said the kitchen was having severe issues and my food would be free. As all the bills were handed out, they were all wrong. Then I received a bill, when my food was supposed to be free. This place needs help, seriously. Oh, I heard from the rest of my party that the burgers were good, but I wouldn't know.

I have put off going here because I'd heard so many negative reviews and how "expensive" it was. I went with group for lunch and all four of us enjoyed it. We all got hamburgers and thought they were great. Food was fresh and well prepared. Burgers all came with sides of fries served in cute single-serve fry baskets. Price for our burgers with fries ranged from $10-12. Decor was nice and our server was friendly. All of us said we would go back. A good place to go if you're looking for a tasty hamburger.

Edit: As of 4/12/16- they are permanently closed, as evidenced by the two "Space Available" signs in the window.
Summer 2015?- Went with the family one night, looking for something new. It's very similar to B Spot, but seems to have more options with regards to burger styles, add-ons, sides and milkshakes. Plus, they do use wagyu beef if requested. Anyway, we walked in- the decor was nice. Had a very modern feel to it. I hesitate to use the word "Hipster" because I hate that term. I would call it more at the upper end of "mid-level" restaurant decor. The chandeliers with the upside-down wine glasses was pretty cool. There was a nice lounge area on one side. The other was the eatery, but was a little sparsely decorated for my taste- just a brick wall. It needed something. It's also a little dark, but not so bad that you can't see what you're eating.
The food was quite good. We tried some appetizers- the sauerkraut balls (a little salty but came with a side of ranch dip which helped a bit) and the candied/fried bacon (served with maple syrup). I got an Aria Burger and split a side of truffle fries. Both were excellent. I was very happy to note that they did not overdo it with the truffle oil on the fries. I really wanted to eat more of them, but had to save room for dessert- a milkshake. They do offer quite a selection. I got the Kitkat, which was decent. My husband had the Oreo, which I thought was delicious. But his brother got the S'mores which put my own shake to shame. When we go back, that's what I'm getting.
All in all, a very good dining experience. The waitress was new but very helpful. The manager Sean (Or Shawn?) came over to our table a few times to check on us and was a very nice guy. You could tell he's put a lot into running a good ship and it shows. My only issue is it can be pricey (burgers are about $12-14 and sides are separate- another $3-5), but it's worth it in my humble opinion. Definitely give it a try, but bring an empty stomach as I'm about to enter my own food coma.
