Put in an application for a kitten...as a first time kitten owner indicated indoor/outdoor. We went to the location yesterday my daughter's birthday at 5 pm and was told no one could help us. While there we took a look at the available cats and kittens. There were two employees in the room talking extremely poorly about someone trying to adopt, frankly they were out of line and unethical. We tried again today. Due to putting that on the application the placement advisor would not allow us to adopt a kitten. I continued to ask more questions around indoor kittens and they told me I was unable to adopt. We were trying to get one as a gift for my 5 year old who loves cats. This is the reason why they have 30 cats without placement. Turns out the advisor helping us today was one of the SAME advisors that was unprofessional the day prior. I plan to share this info with anyone looking for adoption. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Wasted our time with an invasive and unnecessarily long application process. Don't get your hopes up if you rent your property, as they will turn you down if you can not readily provide a copy of your lease. Ridiculous. We will be going to CHA Animal shelter in Westerville.

By far the best I've visited. We have adopted three cats and will not go anywhere else.
