Mosquito Authority

We went from a situation where we could not go to our property in Doylestown because the mosquitoes were so bad that it was unbearable, to a place where we did not see a single mosquito. I had been happy with your service up until recently. The past three sprays - which is every three weeks - we have had the company come out twice to respray for mosquitos. With paying almost $100 every three weeks, I feel this should of not happened. On top of that, I had called months ago stating that they had to of been spraying the flowers because my plants were dying. Even though I still took good care of them. That was shot down instantly and I was made out to look like a bad person for even saying that. This past re-treatment that was done I have Mosquito Authority spraying my flowers on camera. This is the second time I have caught them. I spent a lot of money to make my front yard look nice to only have the flowers die within a month and a half of them being planted. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will not have them back out to my house. Edit 09/13/2021: After being asked to reach out to the given email, I was shocked to see their reply. I have attached the picture. For a company who ‘prides themselves on customer care’ this does not look good. Edit 09/15/2021: After going back and forth with Blaine from Mosquito Authority, I sent him the direct footage from our security system of their technician spraying our flowers. After reviewing it with the technician it then again became our fault as to why our flowers died. I take good care of our property, and I don’t appreciate being told one thing and then another. Blaine had said that our flowers would be replaced. That doesn’t seem like the case anymore. We have had to replace our flowers once due to them ‘inadvertently spraying them’ and this will be the second time. Yes, I did receive a refund for the last treatment. However, that does not cover the cost of both sets of flowers. For several people from the company to basically call their customers a liar and talk down to them in a way, I will never recommend this company. I will divert them. Service: Mosquitoes

While it was a “wet summer”, there were still lots of mosquitos bothering us at night….even right after a spray. It helped, but not enough.

They let us know the day before treatment that they were coming and again 15 minutes before arriving. After Andrew had finished spraying around the yard, he came up on our elevated deck and sprayed my wife’s many plants at her request. Great customer service. Thanks!
