Business owner has fallen completely off the grid. After failing to show for the scheduled day, we rescheduled the appointment. We missed the red flag to run for the hills. On the rescheduled day, Kim was an hour late. The contract calls for 3-4 weeks for edited photos. 5 weeks later, we’ve heard absolutely nothing. Calls are not answered, voicemail is full, won’t return text messages, isn’t responding to Facebook messages. I’m sure we are not alone in struggles to contact business owner. In all likelihood, we are afraid we have lost any chance to recover our son’s newborn pictures.

Buyer beware. We had our newborn pictures taken in November and never received them. She came to our house, took the pictures, posted our proofs, we selected our favorites and she never delivered the edited pictures. It has been 11 weeks since our photos were taken and contract says delivery within 3-4. We have tried calling, contacting via Facebook, and emailing with no response. Recommend for such an important milestone/life event to use literally anyone else.

She has taken money from multiple people I know and stood them up and won't return their calls or email.

Kim was just amazing with our newborn Logan. Her poses and props were super professional and aestheticly unbelievable. I mean, she was so good with Logan that we were calling her the baby whisperer by the time she was halfway done. Amazing final prints were provided and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Kim!!!

She was 5 hours late to our newborn photo session and it took almost 8 weeks to get the pictures back when she told us it would be 2-3 weeks. I thought it was a scam for awhile and we would never get them back which didn’t just bother me because of the money but broke my heart since my baby would never be that little again. When I finally got them back, she had air brushed his birthmark which I told her not to do since I had the same birthmark as a baby and it was special to me. The pictures turned out fine, but there are much more punctual and professional photographyers in the area. I talked to some other people on Facebook that had used her and they never received their pictures or money back. Apparently, she keeps deleting the negative reviews, but I wanted to warn other parents out there so this doesn’t happen to them.
