Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

We just moved into our home here in West Chester and the previous owners really did a number on the home, trying to prioritize what needed to be done was hard. We ultimately went with seeing how well we could get our carpets cleaned rather than blowing our project repair budget on just carpet. Called Oxi Fresh, scheduling was easy, came out on time, and saved the carpets at least for a little while longer! So impressed with how much better they looked and the time he took to make sure it was beautiful (not to mention the work he had to do with moving around boxes and small furniture). Absolutely recommend- especially for the price! Services: Carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

Wally was excellent; courteous, on-time, thorough. I’ve used other cleaning companies before but the carpets this time were much cleaner and felt so much softer! Excellent service!

If possible, I would give NO stars. First time I booked, I was told "the carpets were just too much for the time allotted for that day" and you left even though we had everything ready for you. We contacted Stanley Steamer and a week or so later they came out and said 'no problem!' and did a great job. Twice we used them to clean the carpets within last 8 months. But, your prices were cheaper so I decided to book you a second time to come out and explained to customer service (who I booked with) that the first time you would not do our carpet and explained we knew stains would not come out - but just wanted the carpets cleaned since we have pets. I warned her our carpets were as dirty as the ones on the before pics of the Oxi Fresh Website. She said that "he would absolutely do them it would be no problem." (The pictures on your website show carpets go from being very dirty to being clean after your service.) So you show up and tell me that you will NOT do our carpets because "you would have to replace your $300 brushes??!" Do your customers a favor...and remove those advertising pictures from your website and explain to folks that you will only clean carpets that are clean because that is FALSE ADVERTISING! It was too late to book anyone else to come clean the carpets before our company arrived the next day so for a second time, you left us high and dry (literally) for a second time. I didn't leave a bad review after the first visit you let us down but after I was assured you would clean it this last time - I wanted to try and give your company another chance because you were cheaper than Stanley Steamer. You were rude and a jerk and I was furious that you did it to us again! I will be sure to explain to anyone I encounter not only your company false advertising on your website but your professionalism! I called the main number for Oxi Fresh to complain that I was yet again lied to and the customer service girl told me that 'maybe we should get the carpets replaced.' Really??!! If we could afford to buy new flooring during these tough times - I assure you, we would - but how dare you say something so rude to us when it is YOU who assured me he would do the service (after I explained our carpets were as bad as the ones on the website.) We are doing our best to deal with what we can and all we asked for was for a bit of help until the day we COULD afford new carpets. No need to make us feel pathetic. Thanks. Absolutely ridiculous!! Furious!
