        Would not use this facility again. Misdiagnosed my son. They said he was having muscles spasms in his neck and back. They were willing to prescribe muscle relaxers for the excruciating pain and numbness in his fingers. They do not have X-ray or scan capabilities and he didn't even get to see a doctor. I took him to the ER. They said, it was a herniated disc, pinched nerve and inflammation. Scan confirmed it.

        I just got home from the Geneva family health center. Extremely nice people! I've never had warm fuzzies at an urgent care until now. Was feeling pretty sick and just their kindness seemed to make me feel better. Thank you. Great job!

        What a great experience I had giving this clinic a try. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I sat for only 5-6 minutes before being called in and the nurse practioner, Marci, was excellent! She was also quick yet very thorough, very easy to talk to and very professional. I hate getting sick but if I do this is definitely my new clinic!
