Foot and Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Amanda Lutter to diagnose the foot pain I was having from training for a race. I was very pleasantly surprised that she not only diagnosed my injury but she took time to talk to me about what was causing it and how to fix it. Most physicians and specialists rush you in and out of their office. Not Dr. Lutter, it is very evident that she cares about her patients and wants to help them above all else. She is the best medical specialist I have visited and I will be visiting her again if it is ever needed.

Recently, I needed a procedure done on my foot. I chose to use this facility and Dr. Gurwin due to him and his staff being highly recommended within the first responder community. As a 20+ year firefighter within the Central Ohio area and with the work that we perform, healthy feet are crucial to our job performance in every way. As a fireman, when we find a quality product, a qualified business, and outstanding service, we share that experience and recommend it to one another as you would within your own family. Dr. Gurwin and his staff certainly did not disappoint. The facility was clean and comfortable, everyone was very attentive and professional and Dr. Gurwins bedside manner was respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate. He thoroughly explained the procedure beforehand and provided a clear explanation and literature to my follow up care during my recovery. I am now 2 weeks post procedure and my foot feels fantastic!! I highly recommend Dr. Gurwin and his staff for any of your foot care needs and I will certainly use them again for mine as well. Stay safe and God bless!!!

Doctor was friendly, although I unfortunately cannot say the same for the receptionist working on the day of my initial visit or when I called in to pay my bill. Further more, the sample that was taken to send to the lab for testing went missing and I was not made aware until almost 2 weeks after and had to go back in for a new one. Its unfortunate to get poor customer service at a healthcare facility when you are already there in a vulnerable state.
