If I could give this dump zero stars, I would! My handicapped husband made the huge effort to go in and get my Christmas gift. They didn't have what he wanted so he ordered it. Not ONCE did they say this wouldn't be in before Christmas. Two days before Christmas he calls to see when he can pick it up. They said there was no guarantee that it would be in before Christmas but a shipment would be in that day or the next day. This definitely gave him false hopes. When the order was canceled they refused to give a cash refund and insisted on refunding it to our MasterCard which takes seven days to post. We tried to shop locally but were forced to go to two different stores in Columbus. Not having a gift on Christmas day was disappointing and embarrassing when family asked what my husband gave me. This store was not cooperative and I would not recommend them at all. I tried to shop locally but this backfired tremendously. P.J. Cook
