Over and over they disappoint me. 1st they didn’t cover a home loss. Also, they charged me for 6 months after I cancelled my daughter’s auto insurance. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 months. It’s ridiculous!

I recently purchased an automobile policy and a renters insurance policy from Allstate. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in structuring the policies to my needs. Hopefully I won't have need to make a claim, but I'm sure if that should happen, they will promptly and expertly handle that as well.

I recently called this office to cancel my current allstate insurance policy. We moved in July and I just recently found out that the original office I worked with never followed through to cancel my policy. I called the 1800 number and they advised me to talk with a local agency to confirm the cancellation and refund was processed correctly. When I called this office, Megan answered the phone and without question helped me contact my old office to retrieve the policy number and was able to complete the cancellation for me. Although, I was not purchasing insurance from her at the time, she spend her time to help me and never once tried to "sell" me anything. I highly recommend contacting Megan if you are need of an honest, caring representative.

Larry Steele and this Allstate agency without question is the most disorganized, unprofessional, rude and dishonest group of people I have ever had to try and deal with. Never had any problems for years when Mr. Nugent ran the place. This place is a total dog and pony show. Discriminated against a family member with a disability that I am responsible for looking after, by terminating his policy after he was late on a payment 17 days. By law it's supposed to be 30 days after being given a cancellation notice before termination of the policy. My ex wife tried working with them and told me the agency was now really messed up. Couldn't even find access to the vin # of the car they had been insuring. Also, a number of shady, questionable accounting and billing practices with multiply changing stories. I find it hard to believe a company like Allstate knows how really bad this place has become. Beware! This place is so bad the owner has to give himself a 5 star review. Good Riddance. I really don't have time for this. We will just switch to my insurance company. They are true professionals.
