We used iTickets for the first time for a very large event. Everyone we dealt with at iTickets went above and beyond in helping us. Great platform. Great service. We would definitely use them again.

I have used iTickets to run large conferences at Gull Lake Ministries (a Christian retreat & conference center in Michigan) for 3 years. iTickets is EXCEPTIONAL. Their team goes above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with the way our events are ticketed. Everything is done with precision and attention to detail. I NEVER worry about issues with ticket sales or errors... They stay on top of everything. And, if I have a question, I can get in touch with a manager right away. Their ticketing fees are straight forward, and I've found that they're priced better than almost all other ticketing platforms. We've done several promo packages with them as well. Their prices are phenomenal, and the promos have been successful. I'd recommend iTIckets to anyone running a large event that wants a seamless ticketing experience (and fabulous customer service)!!!!!

We used iTickets for the first time for our big January event and we couldn't be more happy with the service! We packed the house! Everyone was helpful and courteous and the communication was second to none! Thank you all the hard working individuals at iTickets and we will be using them for our events from now on!

We have been using iTickets for quite a few years to promote and as a ticket agent for our concerts. We find their service to be excellent and highly recommend them as a ticketing outlet for your events!
