        The gentleman I dealt with his name is Mark, excellent worker, really knows what he talks about and he knows what he does. We started out thinking it was a part, come to find out the whole furnace needed to be replaced. Mark had to wait 2 weeks to get the furnace, but the whole time I was out of my home Mark contacted me to keep updated, blow by blow which was greatly appreciated. Very professional & efficient.
