Hi! You have misunderstanding about the order error. Your order did not have 5 egg rolls. I believe the lady answered your phone call have very loud background noise in the kitchen and have missed the 5 egg rolls order over the phone. When you picked up at the window, asked is there any sweet & sour sauce come with the order, I looked at the ticket have no egg roll order, I have answered you there is no egg roll in your order so no ss sauce for this order. Then you ask to added extra the ss sauce, I give you pint size for $3 charge. Later you have called back you have no egg rolls in your order, ask us for your egg roll refund. You have ordered Curry chicken $10.50, 2 orders of Cashew Chicken $25.50, Beef Broccoli $13, Chicken w/Garlic Sause $12, sub Chicken Fried Rice instead of white rice $4, $3 pint SS sauce. Total is $58 charge on your credit card. We didn’t charge any $ for egg roll. We not able to refund the money you are request. And again, we do apologize for the error.
