DON'T use this company! They signed my business up on a contract? Got the bill for $75 sent them $300 then they called me next month and said my bill was over due. I said why is there an extra balance on my account? They said you have to call and ask us to use the extra money from my account to pay my bill WTH!! I switched my business and home from them and telling all my friends and relatives to switch! They even admitted their billing system was terrible

They just don't pick our trash up. And then they try to say we never put it out even though we did and refuse to do anything about it. Worst company I have ever delt with.

This is not my trash service, but I stopped a driver who was helping out a previous driver who left quite a mess in the street. He cleaned up the glass that was all over our street on Geneva Ln in Elida. I didn't catch his name, but he was a very nice older gentleman, and he did a great job! Thank you, kind sir, as you saved our tires and the children. In the neighborhood from potential cuts.

You guys forgot my trash again , updating my review on 3/8/24 . Forgot my trash again. 3 months ago They forgot my trash again. This a consistent occurrence with this very unreliable, I've been respectful, unfortunately this company is incompetent. Please come pick my garbage up by Tomorrow please. This has been at least the fith time. Ridiculous.

I set up trash service to begin on March 7th... Today is the 15th and I've called them 5 times asking if there picking up my trash... they were supposed to come 4 times since the 7th. I'm not doing business with them after this. Very poor customer service. Update.... its been almost 3 weeks, and i called the customer care team 5 times?? and they keep telling me every time someone will be out to take care of this issue.. and the trash is still on the curb.. Thanks for suggesting calling people who aren't helping. I'm starting service with a reliable company.
