Nick came out to check a septic for me and was incredibly helpful. He quickly assessed the situation and provided knowledgeable advice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Called September 25th. to schedule a septic tank pump-out as part of regular maintenance, and was given a date ten days out, which was perfectly acceptable. I needed an afternoon appointment to accommodate my work schedule, so we set up an appointment for after 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 5th. I called again on Friday, October 2nd. (three days prior) to make sure that the date and time were still good for the service call the following Monday. I was told that I was "in the schedule", and we again confirmed the appointment. When Monday came, I was here at 2:30 p.m. to meet the driver at the road, so I could direct him to the tank, as we live 700 feet off of the road. I waited for three hours at the end of the drive, and ended up with a no-show/no call. I was here the rest of the evening, and called them after 7;30 p.m. ,as it was then dark, but reached an answering machine. I left a message (that was more polite than deserved) and explained that I understood that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur with a business (equipment break-downs, employee absence, emergencies, etc. etc.) that prevent a call from being completed, but there is no excuse not to have called the customer and rescheduled. I also appropriately fired them. My phone was "on", and in my pocket the entire time, and I never heard a peep. This confirms to me what another reviewer wrote here.....Bugners time is more valuable to them than yours. The fact that they couldn't even take a minute to call me speaks volumes about what they think of their customers. They are not the only pump-out business in the area, and I hired the job done elsewhere.
