Customer service was awful! You go to the Findlay Ohio Larich Chevrolet used dealership ,they don't let you test drive cars ,unless you get approved first. The salesmen told me his manager said thats how they do business. Out of all my cars I purchased in 20yrs I always test drive a car before I buy it or put a credit app in. They have high interest rates and strong arm sales skills.(very awful ). If you go visit this dealership keep in mind you can't test drive there vehicles even with a 765 credit score and 10k to put down and they will make you feel force to run your credit. Lol if I can't test drive you can't run my credit .Don't recommend anyone go to this dealership bad for business!
