Ambiance - 4/5 Clean and contemporary Accessibility - 5/5 The building is ADA compliant Service - 4/5 The staff was quick, efficient, helpful and pleasant. This building has offices, including Dr. Vargos practice and UH Rainbow Childrens Medical Group. The building was easy to access, parking was plentiful, and had enough signage to make finding where you needed to go easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Vargo has been wonderful. She and her staff have always been courteous and pleasant to deal with and accommodating with after hours and been able to work us into their schedule when illnesses arose. Update: skipped all 5yr vaccines.Just had titers checked at age 14& he is immune to all the vaccines he didnt get at age 5. Tried to get a tetanus here&since we hadnt been there for a while they denied vaccine. Waisted our time with apt. All 3 of my children&myself&my husband went to an amazing doctor by the name of Dr. Johnson in Hudson.Unfortunately he got old&retired. When he retired he became part of this group the year before he retired so his current customers could get re-situated with a new Phasician. My son did not receive his MMR vaccine until the age of 4 1/2. Most children get it at age1.My son was able to read books on his own at age 2 1/2. He went to a school where he had the same teacher from age 2 1/2 through five. Within a month after receiving his MMR vaccine his teacher who he had since he was 2 1/2said she thought he couldnt hear properly anymore&wanted me to get his hearing checked.I had his hearing checked At a local Childrens Hospital it came back normal.Shortly after that he switched into 1st grade with a new teacher who also asked me to have his hearing checked,Again normal. It was a downhill slope after that. All kinds of focus issues concentration issues impulse issues etc.none of these things did he have prior to having the MMR at 4 1/2Since then weve had a diagnosis and I have opted to not do any further vaccines. We have not been to the doctors since he was five.He came down with strep throat.we went to the emerg rm.The antibiotics were done a few days later it seem like the sore throat was coming back. So I made an appointment with Dr.Hackenberg at this facility. They notified me that I had not been there for many years we needed to update his annual physical etc.Upon arrival the first questions Dr.Heckenberg had for me was all about his vaccines. Not only do they like to give vaccines but they like to give them early. When my daughters were younger The meningitis vaccine was given at age 18 when kids went to college. At this facility they like to give them much earlier&they felt my 12-year-old should have one.He is current on his tetanus its within the last 10yrs.Usually they say tennis is good for10 yrs.unless U have an incident&then if its over five you get a tetanus. They wanted to give him a tetanus booster immediately even though hes is only 6years old&he has no injury. They wanted to give him all his 5yrs old vaccines etc. even though he appeared to have a very bad reaction to his last vaccine.I was told that their facility will not treat any children who R not fully vaccinated to their standards.I know a mom who thought she was doing the right thing back when SARS was an issue&everybody was running out to get the flu vaccine. She took her daughter&got the flu vaccine 4her. Her daughter at that time was about 13yrs old.She was a perfect child who competed in gymnastics&cheerleading. She was all muscle and physically fit.Within less than 12 hrs after having the flu vaccine she was on a respirator in the hospital. She came back to the gym a year later still needing the help of a walker.I asked how can doctors demand multiple excessive amounts of vaccines even 4viruses that R not detrimental typically?Especially when a child has already had some type of issue in the past.I guess they want him to take one for the team like that young lady at cheerleading I met so many years ago.I thought doctors took an oath do no harm.At this facility they do not base people on their individuality rather they base them as a group&everybody in the group must have the same thing no matter what. Our family has many allergies. My middle daughter is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, corn, perfumes, and many other things. She hast to carry an EpiPen with her.I too have many allergies. My son has many environmental allergies. So why would a doctor force my child to get vaccines&many at a time if Theres a chance of a bad reaction? He said that many years ago he&Dr.Vargo decided that their practice would not treat anyone that wasnt fully vaccinated even if they had already been at their facility&needed treatment

Great Medical Team! Staff is always friendly and eager to please. Facility is extremely clean, it is obvious they go the extra mile to keep things looking and smelling clean! Parking is easy access. I highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, consistent, high-quality medical care. I could not be happier anywhere else. Joe Paxitzis CNP, is fantastic! I cant say enough positive things...go there for yourself and you wont be disappointed! He always listens to health concerns and explores different options that would provide the best possible outcome. He goes above and beyond to meet your care needs! He isnt afraid to go the extra mile to do what it takes to get you feeling yourself again! So glad Ive been going here for many years now!! If this doesnt tell you something, Ill be sad to leave when its time to make the switch to an Adult Medical Team.
