Wasted 4 months of my time during the pandemic... Was looking for my first home at 22 yrs old w a pregnant gf. They dragged me along for 3 months with bs paperwork, would lose papers i had just signed the day before forcing me to run up there that day or " possibly not get what i want". 5 days before closing i got an email saying i need an extra 5k up front on top of the money 5k i had already put up.. basically turning my fha into a conventional loan.. i called them and after hanging up on me and playing phone tag. The lady said " you can sell your truck or something to someone you trust then buy it back after you buy your house" SHADY. do yourself & your wallet a favor and go somewhere else. I wasted over 1k in inspection fees/ appraisals/ 4 months of my life. I bought a house a little over a month after calling another office w/ an fha loan and no wasted time.

Horizon Home Loans was incredible to work with. From Forrest to Melissa to Denise they helped our dream come true on our house with difficult circumstances surrounding it. We have been working with Forrest for a while. It took us a while to get our home sold but, Forrest was there for us every step of the way of buying our new DREAM home.
