Goodmorning everyone..lm here as a new client..lm very pleased with my reading; if l could give her 10 stars l would immediately. She was spot on about everything. I Wanted to get a tarot reading and i found out this website based on reviews and thought i am going to give it a try and made the payment from Booksy app. I chose 6.30 pm which was available and then got a text from her telling me that the time i chose wasnt available and she said she was going to call me at 7pm. I was was waiting for her call and texted her she said I apologize i will call you in 10 minutes which didnt either happen and i told her lets do 7.30. That time came and she still didnt call me, i texted her and she said i know the time i will call you soon. I told her that this was a total miss of punctuality that i had things to do and she directly without asking requested a refund and then texted me that the refund will appear in about 24h. This was RUDE! Thats not a way of treating your clients. I lost 1 hour and 30 minutes of my life to get nothing but an upset time. Its not my first time getting tarot reading and this was so rude and didnt even apologize for the miss punctuality but refunded me without asking.
