        Company is unorganized, management lacks communication, management also informs other employees of terminations and position changes before they tell the employee they are moving or terminating. Employees in the building are mostly miserable and dislike working there because they all work 50+ hours a week and still don’t make enough money. Sadly the place is not worth dealing with. You would expect more from a small company.
