Lock Alchemy, LLC

This will probably be an unusual review considering no physical service was provided. However, I am currently in south Louisiana on our 7th day of no electricity due to hurricane Ida. My Emtek lock sets have been giving us trouble for a while but have gotten progressively worse. Without power we are forced to use these locks on a daily basis since we can not manually lock our garage door from the outside. I started googling to see if anyone else had this issue/what to do about it and stumbled upon a blog post by lock alchemy. I reached out on Facebook never expecting a response. Not only did I receive a response but he engaged with me for quite some time and gave me several tips of how to resolve my issue. It may not seem like he did much but these locks are making life with no lights or air even more difficult than it needs to be. In the midst of writing this review we tried the first option of the lock lube and it worked like a charm! I seriously can’t thank you enough!

Mark and his great staff are beyond professional! Hands down The Best Locksmiths in the Cleveland area! I called around to other locksmiths and was met with either rudeness or sketchy vibes. Lock Alchemy was responsive and had flat rate pricing. Great service. Highly recommend!

We purchased a house recently and tried to change the locks, hired two other people who messed things up and made it worse. When I reached out to Lock Alchemy, Josh swung by the very same day to take a look. He was able to diagnose the problem and returned a few days later to install the locks after I ordered the new ones. Now everything's working perfectly! He even came back the next day to caulk over the messed up areas from the previous workers. The people at this company arrive timely, exhibit great professionalism and courtesy, and most importantly, do honest work. I'll be using them for years to come!
